about the job
- Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Develop & build long-term professional customer relationships
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all sales reporting
- Read all tenders and PQQ documents before issue
- Take full ownership of all re-bids within their division
- Attend high level networking event to promote the organisation branding
- Attend monthly sale reviews
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering / facilities management
- Min 15 years of experience in integrated facilities management sales (hunter-60%)
- Good customer based in an outsourcing industry
- Experience managing 7-8 sales manager / executive
- Able to commence immediate or within a short notice period will be a plus
