What you'll be doing:
Service Delivery:
- Own our on-site service which spans direct recruitment; payroll service; managed vendor management; and master vendor management models
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Make sure we always hit the mark in terms of our client Service Level Agreements
- Produce and update guidance manuals to engage hiring managers and our on-site teams
Client Drivers & Initiatives:
- Define strategies to improve recruitment outcomes and boost cost-effectiveness for our clients
- Provide consultative advice on all recruitment activities, strategies and processes
- Offer innovative and creative recruitment solutions
- Present to groups of hiring managers to communicate change
- Build the Resource Solutions profile
Commercial:
- Own the P&L, review and negotiate our commercial terms
- Escalate any risks to a higher level
- Deliver meaningful reporting to demonstrate the value Resource Solutions adds
- Provide competitor and salary benchmarking along with broader market intelligence
- Manage our supplier relationships to ensure we hit our SLAs
- Implement any new Resource Solutions initiatives on-site
Contract/Compliance & Process:
- Make sure our recruitment processes are as efficient and as effective as possible, following best practice, internal compliance guidelines and external legislation
- Manage data integrity on all recruitment-related systems
Staff:
- Manage and mentor our on-site Team Leaders
- Hire new team members, both on and off-site
- Carry out bi-annual performance reviews, setting objectives and determining bonuses
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing recruitment teams
- Minimum 10 years recruitment operations experience
- Recruitment experience with Financial Services clients / Industry, either as part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing service or in-house
- P&L ownership
- Proven experience driving recruitment strategies and providing cost saving solutions for clients
