Responsibilities and Job Description
• Lead, manage and providing support and guidance to their sales team, maintaining morale and focus
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Conduct market research and outreach efforts to identify and acquire new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Gather client feedback
• Conduct presentations about the company’s products
• Collaborate with other team members to carry out marketing and product development efforts
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Weekly sales update and attendance update for the coming week.
• Optimizing sales processes to increase closings
• Support and conduct regular trainings (as scheduled) on a monthly basis
• Ensuring compliance with legal and company ethical standards
