The Job
- Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
- Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
- Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
- Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of processes and able to quickly grasp system flows
- Follow up closely with the team's work progress
Requirements
- Min qualification diploma with 2 years’ experience in admin work
- Similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong in English, able to write, type and speak
- Able to converse in Mandarin with customer
- Fast in respond and able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
