Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with local core distributors by assisting with their communication including but not limited to conducting meetings, coordinating schedule, planning, reports and administrative support.
- Goal management which include generating, analysing and keeping track of distributors action plans.
- Support the distributors by reviewing their progress.
- Organise and support online and offline trainings for local distributors.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing and or any related fields
- At least 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
- Good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also a team player
- Possess excellent communciation skill and interpersonal skill
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, both written and spoken (to liaise with mandarin speaking business associate)
- Outgoing and sociable
