Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will span across presales, solution validation, productization, pricing model development, team management, sales support, and solution architecture.
- Provide technical guidance, consultancy, and advising on the best architectural approaches.
- Lead as the Product Owner to productize solutions. Develop robust processes for solution development and pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, support project estimation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure technical governance.
- Analyse business requirements, design technical architectures, and prepare high-level designs.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to craft responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. Validating Solution offering from Vendors.
- Establish and oversee teams responsible for solution development, ensuring efficient operation and high performance.
- Review client requirements and validate solutions proposed by the team, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver value.
- Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for solution operation to ensure consistency and efficiency in execution.
- Lead solution review boards to ensure the delivery of "First Time Right" solutions, mitigating risks and maximizing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical presales and solution development experience in billing solution and/or Order Management system for the telecommunications industry.
- Thorough understanding of migration methodology and experience in executing migration as part of billing solution for telecoms transformations (at least 2 big successful migration program).
- Strong understanding of billing solution for telecoms business processes and solution development lifecycle.
- At least 10 to 15 years of service oriented software development / integration design experience along with large scale migration of data.
- At least 10 years in solution architecture, product management, and team leadership roles.
- At least 3+ years functioning as a Data Architect, highly proficient in data Migration and Billing transformation strategy and approach.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and working with vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Practical Experience in at least 5 or more of the following:
- Order Management system, charging and billing solution for telecoms
- Experience in implementation of Amdocs CES 8

- Customer Data Migration Design and Scripting

- SQL, PL/SQL
