Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Drive plans, implementation and execution for assigned accounts
- Manage distribution growth of assigned accounts
- A&P management to maximize ROI
- Formulate new product listing strategies
- Inventory forecast/management
- Strong understanding of market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
- Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
- Lead and inspire the sales team
Requirements:
- Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
- Abe to work both collaboratively and independently, goal-oriented and organised team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
