- Plan, implement, track the work progress and submit weekly progress report so as to ensure that the project executed is on time and within budget.
- To be the lead contact point for all Electrical issues.
- Evaluate costing received for electrical works.
- Liaise and have meetings with Clients and Consultants on technical resolution / clarification, inspection and submission.
- To attend weekly site meetings.
- Contract administrative inclusive of budget control and cost improvements.
- Vet through shop drawings to ensure all are in compliance to technical specifications / authority requirements prior to submission
- To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and meet Client’s expectations.
- To manage, coordinate, work and oversee managers, engineers, all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
- Monitor project cost including variation works and submission of supporting documents
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in Electrical engineering
- Possess minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction/building industry
- Able to understand electrical drawing, specifications and requirements
- Technically competent across the full range of electrical systems, ELV System, Project Lighting, Building Intelligent System and relevant skill set and competencies.
- Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
- Possess the relevant safety certifications
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute projects
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Project Manager role
