- Provide support to the maintenance department by solving technical issues identified on equipments.
- Respond to customer enquires, follow up and provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports.
- Be involved in call-out resolution and in complex technical issues resolution.
- Work closely with maintenance and service department to ensure all responsibilities are met.
- Communicate with the manufacturers or factory on product complaints.
