Job Description
- Obtaining quotations for new and existing client's insurance policies, answering client's queries promptly, and processing of insurance policies.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing support, information and evaluating customer needs accurately.
- Handle daily office administrative duties including data administration, answering of phone calls, attending to emails and phone messages promptly.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by manager.
