Job Description

  • Obtaining quotations for new and existing client's insurance policies, answering client's queries promptly, and processing of insurance policies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing support, information and evaluating customer needs accurately.
  • Handle daily office administrative duties including data administration, answering of phone calls, attending to emails and phone messages promptly.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and client-centric service oriented.
  • Seeking growth and looking to learn in this role.
  • Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
