Principal Technical Executive (FM)

Technical Executive

  • Ensure the maintenance Specifications are updated and ready in the system.
  • Review and support the T&C works for new facilities.
  • Record and report the defects in new installation and construction.
  • Plan & monitor the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
  • Embrace the Digital FM Technology initiated by the department.
  • Practice Condition-based Maintenance to compliment Preventive Maintenance.
  • Avoid wastages and focus on optimization in FM.
  • Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the relevant Singapore Standards and Code of Practices.
  • Ensure maintenance work shall comply with the company’s environment, health, and safety policies.
  • Responsible for the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance work assigned by the Manager.
  • Prepare corrective maintenance work order.
  • Train & support the Technical Support Assistant (TSA) to prepare maintenance work order.
  • Attend/report immediately on major building & carpark system failure.
  • Maintain and beautify the overall landscape within the building compound to the satisfaction of the building owner.
  • Meet with tenants to resolve issues associated with building, workplace, cleaning, landscape, hydroculture plant, irrigation and carpark.
  • Adopt root cause analysis.
  • Constantly monitor the KPIs specified by the Facilities Manager.
  • Audit the maintenance work carried out by the external service partners according to the departmental policy.
  • Actively participate training through onsite, offsite, and vendor training.
  • Use the BIM, App or digital technology assigned by the company to facilitate communication.
  • Hold regular meetings with the contractors and the TSAs.
  • Act as a first responder under the Company Emergency Response Team.
  • Submit weekly facilities management report.
  • Responsible for any additional tasks as and when assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management certifications with at least 3 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in plant facility, building/property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
