Job Description
- Address sales inquiries from customers across the region and collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure sufficient stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, handling any complaints or objections that may arise.
- Manage assigned customer accounts both locally and regionally.
- Process customer orders, including generating price quotations, stock checks, issuing proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providing customers with information on product pricing and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to facilitate smooth order shipments to customers.
- Prepare various documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, inventory checklists, and other related paperwork.
- Compile and analyze sales data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills..
- Familiarity with shipping procedures is beneficial.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
