We are looking for a business development manager with experience in IT services. You will be in charge of your own P/L. The Business Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the IT Services division. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and developing existing client relationships, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Role
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads
- Follow-up on prospects
- Pitch services and business relationships with prospective and existing accounts
- Manage PnL
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the IT Services division
Requirement
- Demonstrable sales/business development track record, ideally in IT services or IT recruitment
- Must have experience in B2B
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and market trends
- Good negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented
