We are seeking for a Power Supply Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and accelerate our growth in the South East Asia Region.
The sales manager is tasked with expanding our business reach within South East Asia region. He/ She will investigate core, adjacent, and new markets in search of unmet needs and attractive opportunities and deploy a variety of strategies (organic and inorganic) to advance growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Passionate about creating new business development opportunities.
· Identify opportunities and developing new customers.
· Commercial activity to promote LITEON products into the market.
· Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth.
· Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors.
· Responsible for generating new revenue from a predefined sales territory and portfolio.
· Work closely with HQ team members and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
· Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
· Liaise and maintaining good relationship with other business units and departments as required to conduct sales activities.
· Perform additional duties as required/assigned by manager.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, in the area of Electrical, Industrial & Manufacturing.
· Knowledgeable of analog and power design concepts and principles.
· Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience is required.
· Business Development: 3 years (Preferred).
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral, written, presentation).
· An ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset who is result-driven and broad-minded.
· Independent, Proactive, and highly motivated.
· Must be a team player with positive attitude, self-driven and multitasking.
· Process good business acumen.
