Job Description
- Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
- General Contract administration and measurement works
- Liaise with subcontractor and clients
- Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
- Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
- Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential housing preferred and final account work
- Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
- Shows independency ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organise tasks
- Ability to liaise with consultants, subcons and client
- Familiar with VOs, Als, EOT and final account work
