Job Description (Overview):
We are seeking a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deliver successful major events, provide top-notch client service, and have account management experience.
The client success team is the first point of contact with customers for event implementation, product training, product support, and event project coordination. The team will work with the internal product team and sales team to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
- Be an expert in our event platform and technologies to provide consultation on event registration and ticketing.
- Be the key event projects for successful delivery with high customer satisfaction.
- Be a champion in resolving customer issues in a fast, reliable, and timely manner
- Be a champion in providing trust and reliable event expert consultation to the client
- Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and event projects to provide event consultation and ongoing user support via email, phone, chat, and face-to-face sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams between sales, product teams, and customers for successful event project delivery.
- Provide Live product training to clients via face-to-face meetings or video conferencing with clients in different regions or time zones.
- Guide the customers and proactively follow up with them to get the best out of eventnook services for their event success.
- You will need to provide onsite supervisor support on the event day to ensure the events using our product run smoothly and effectively.
- Identify inefficiencies and establish continuous process improvement (SOP and SLA)
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within the SLA and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop event management best practices, product tutorials, help guides, and documentation.
- If there are events overseas, you will need to travel to provide technical and project support for the onsite event.
- Improve operation procedures and processes to run operations effectively and efficiently.
- Coach and train the team members to provide excellent customer service
Background Experience / Requirements
- Reliable, Dependable, and Meticulous team player
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for solving customers' issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and tight deadline
- Tech-savvy and familiar with internet-based websites and software services
- Knowledge of creating sites and HTML skills would be a plus
- Required to travel for overseas event support
- Preferred min. 2+ Years of working experience in Project Management or Event Projects
- Preferred someone with event project and client management experience
- Preferred Diploma or Degree holder but not essential
- Preferred Singaporean / PR
- A candidate with a strong operation and client service track record will be considered for the Project Manager role.
