Accounts cum Admin Executive

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Accounts Cum Admin Executive.
Candidate must have minimum 2-3 year(s) experience in handling full set(s) of accounts
Job Description:
Prepare sales invoices on daily basis and filing of documents
Handle phone calls
Experience handling full set of accounts for Singapore.
Prepare quarterly GST / Income tax & Monthly CPF submission
Monthly preparation of reports (P&L, Sales, Balance sheet etc.)
Handling of Payroll matters
Handling of Claims
Chasing of payments
Perform general office administrative duties includes courier arrangement and mailing, management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment(s)
Any other ad-hoc duties as assignd
Knowledge in Autcount Accounting System is an added advantage.
Job requirement:
Proficient in Ms Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint)
Able to multi-task and is organized, detailed and deadline orientated.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Positive working attitude and problem solver
Able to work independently or in a team
