Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Providing the secretarial support to the Executives Level, involving tasks such as managing schedules and handling some paperwork.
- Assist in managing the business travel matters.
- Issue and handle data entry, documentation, sorting, answer phone call& reply email
- Responsible to provide support when there is visitor come from overseas.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of a 'O' Level, Diploma in any field or higher.
A preference for candidates displaying a strong sense of duty, capable of performing well under pressure, and contributing positively to team dynamics.
Able to using Microsoft Office software.
