As an Inside Sales Executive for an airport transfer and limousine company, your scope of work may include the following tasks:
1. Generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
2. Collecting information and building database. (eg: by industry, email addresses, telephone number, contact person) Ensure accuracy and integrity of the database collected.
3. Able to articulate and showcase company's services and explain benefits to potential customers over the telephone.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event planners to secure repeat business.
5. Duties include telemarketing activities and performing cold calls to generate qualified sales leads for the sales team to follow-up with the prospective customer.
6. Collaborating with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of services.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with client's post-service.
9. Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Although this is a full-time role, but successful applicants are only required to work in office for 2 days in a week.
