Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients on account opening and general account or transaction-related enquires / issues
- To make follow-up calls / emails to clients on account holder personal details update requests and compliance related matters
- Support Live Chat enquiries
- Cover B2B reception area when needed
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Financial Insurance industry
