- Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating of building services-related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, and rectifying works.
- To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their work accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirements.
- Ensure safety first when carrying out works
- Ensure safety tools, equipment, certificates, and documentation are in order when carrying out work.
- Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agents & sub-contractors to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
- Able to handle feedback from clients positively and close the loop via email.
- Able to write an incident report upon collecting ground information.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
- Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
- Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
- SIFMA minimum Tier 4 is an advantage
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for Degree holder
- Or at least 3 years of working experience in the related field for the non-Degree holder
