Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Division in the system administration of Print and E-commerce systems
- Project manage and act as liaison point between Tech and Business Teams to develop and enhance system features and launch marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Tech team to support system and user audit requirements
- Creating and maintaining user guides for Consumer Division systems, providing ongoing support on system operations to Business Teams
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and experience with Wordpress CMS
- Experience with AMP (Asset Management Plan)
- Certification in Project Management is an advantage
- Agile and adaptable to navigate a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Flexible in adopting new technologies and methodologies to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Team player, engage in open communications, actively participating in team discussions and decision-making
- Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management or System Administration
- Degree or diploma in IT related discipline
