Assistant Manager, Systems Operations (Consumer Division)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Division in the system administration of Print and E-commerce systems
  • Project manage and act as liaison point between Tech and Business Teams to develop and enhance system features and launch marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Tech team to support system and user audit requirements
  • Creating and maintaining user guides for Consumer Division systems, providing ongoing support on system operations to Business Teams

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and experience with Wordpress CMS
  • Experience with AMP (Asset Management Plan)
  • Certification in Project Management is an advantage
  • Agile and adaptable to navigate a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Flexible in adopting new technologies and methodologies to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Team player, engage in open communications, actively participating in team discussions and decision-making
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management or System Administration
  • Degree or diploma in IT related discipline
