Job Brief:
We are in search of a proactive General Manager to support the operational and strategic facets of Salad Venture’s initiatives, contributing to our image enhancement and community expansion within the Web3 sphere.

Your innovation, management skills, and strategic vision will be instrumental in amplifying our brand visibility, fostering partnerships, and facilitating organizational growth by effectively conveying business strategies and brand identity.

The General Manager will oversee company operations, community engagement strategies, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role encompasses the management of community interactions, promoting an inclusive, engaging, and dynamic community atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee existing projects and partnerships.
• Engage in project administration and manage workflows effectively.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement improvement plans based on operational evaluations.
• Adhere to and manage budgets efficiently.
• Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed for organizational development.
• Ensure effective community engagement strategies and their execution.
• Manage digital platforms and community interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to the Community Team based on insights gained from community interactions.
• Handle other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in management, with a focus on coordinating partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multiple project management skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of effective time management.
• Proficient in interpersonal dynamics.
• Based in Singapore or within the GMT+8 timezone.
