Responsibilities:
- The key responsibility involves in managing new / existing projects
- Provide technical support, operational or maintenance to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of all necessary documentation requirements including preparing Quotation.
- Promote Large Refrigeration systems, Dryers and Filters for Compressed Air and other Industrial products.
- Promote and identify new business opportunity and develop good accounts.
- To service and maintain good relationship with existing client.
- Attend to any technical complaints and application questions from customers
- Coordinates with Service Technicians / Engineer to serve the customers
- Able to recommend servicing and necessary spare parts
- Passionate in doing sales
- Ad-hoc duties
