Responsibilities:
- Manage on-boarding and new hire administration, as well as job posting on various platforms.
- Assist in daily human resources operations, including but not limited to employee relations, HR staffing and training etc.
- Maintain staff information and records, support documents uploads and database management, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support.
- Work towards the betterment of the workspace environment by actively participating in initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
- Conduct overviews of employee activities and performance from time-to-time.
- Provide detailed performance reviews of employee performance with actionable feedback to facilitate employee development.
- Assist in implementation of employee compensation and benefits administration programs.
- Play an instrumental role in the talent acquisition process.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Open to undergraduates, graduates, and students.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to independent work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively.
- Skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- 16 - 24 Hours Per week (Monday to Thursday) from 12:00 - 18:00 or 13:30 - 19:30
