As a Fitness Trainer, you will have the rewarding task of designing and leading group fitness programs for our customers. Responsibilities
- Plan group fitness programs to meet the organisation’s goals and needs.
- Provide group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and inspire our customers to achieve their fitness goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the program and make program adjustments as necessary.
- Educate our customers on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Certification in fitness training
- Previous experience in planning and creating fitness programs
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire customers of all fitness levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor

No more than 24 hours per week
