- Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as restaurant service crew members. As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.
- Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
