Responsibilities:
- Assist the Labor Supply Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including recruitment, placement, and scheduling of workers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for available positions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of client orders.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor worker performance and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, assignments, and payroll data.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain a talented workforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, labor supply company, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee management, and client relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
