Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Train new cleaners on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to cleaning staff on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry.
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in cleaning management preferred.
