Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the business.
- Oversee projects and look for opportunities to expand business.
- Plan and budget perishables for high volume holidays including ordering, scheduling and delivering
- Manage teams and promote a conducive and safe working environment for staffs.
- Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Cultivate and maintain work relationships with suppliers and customers
- Reinforce safety and proper flower handling practices
Requirements
- Proven track record and work experience in similar industry.
- Good knowledge of floral industry and cut-flowers handling
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Great attention to details
- Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
