Job Description
- Brainstorm, plan and execute campaign on company's online platform
- To work with external parties (such as design agency) to ensure timely and accurate uploading of content relating to campaign
- Monitor market and competition to suggest relevant changes in order for company to remain relevant
- Manage company's website, social media and portfolio on external platforms including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates
- Increase sales conversion by creating banners to convey product messaging and promotions
- Crafting sales promotions to attract sales and encourage conversion
- Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders for troubleshooting
- Any other ad-hoc and administrative tasks
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries
Requirements
- Min. Dipolma in any discipline
- Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Have to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
