Software and Applications Manager
Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' unique challenges, goals, and needs to provide tailored Software solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Understanding Retail/Business banking
- Continuously seek new opportunities to expand our presence in IT sector.
3. Planning:
• Develop plans and strategies for each client, outlining objectives and tactics along with technical teams
• Monitor and report on performance, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Software development teams, projects and specific accounts
4. Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies.
• Use market insights to make strategic recommendations and adapt our offerings.
