Join us as a Alliances Manager on our Workplace Solutions Group team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.


What you’ll achieve
As an Alliance Sales Specialist, you will deliver strategic return on investment by overall development of global alliance strategies to position Dell Technologies Workplace solutions into Alliance partner portfolios and build unique value propositions around these relationships.


You will:

  • Create and manage partner relationships with senior level and decision makers; Implement / Develop a structured plan to grow the WSG Dell business with the partner in your local market
  • Act as a workplace solution expert resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives
  • Enable, provide insight and thought leadership to partner concerning applicability of highly complex products and services
  • Develop regular cadence to develop connection, build pipeline and support the partner is must win deals.
  • Work with the virtual team to deliver strategy / communication and ensure a joined up approach, supported by joint business reviews and goals; Have a strong governance and collaboration with your virtual team across South Asia and Emerging Market, implementing strategic initiative in the key countries.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the WSG portfolio & Workplace services
  • Demonstrable track record of Solution Selling and excellent understanding of workplace outcomes
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a matrix organization

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project leadership skills
