Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and uphold the Company’s Quality Management System, while supporting the Deputy Project Director (DPD) or Project Manager (PM) with all QA-related matters.
- Take charge of updating the Quality Management System, ensuring its ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
- Make necessary revisions to the Quality Manual and Procedures, subject to review by the DPD or PM, to maintain alignment with current work methods and office systems.
- Regularly monitor various sources of information to detect trends and identify potential issues.
- Report on the performance of the quality system to management for review.
- Review instances of non-conformance and determine appropriate preventive actions.
- Hold authority to adjust the Quality Manual and Procedures as required to ensure effectiveness and alignment with current practices.
- Authorized to communicate with third-party certification bodies regarding Quality System matters and its management.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in reviews of site operations and procedures to pinpoint areas for improvement, conduct site inspections, and provide quality reporting.
- Ensure the development of quality control procedures and oversee contractors to ensure compliance with approved procedures, emphasizing traceability and accountability.
Salary & Remunination
- Up to SGD 4200 - SGD 6000
Requirements:
- Open to locals only
- Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / or any relevant trade (including CONQUAS & Quality Mark)
- Min 3-5 years experience in related Construction field (Architectural Trade)
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining company – wide quality management system
- Understanding of Quality Management System & Quality Control Procedures in relation to Construction Industry
- Work independently
- Systematic & good analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant IT background, particularly in MS Office application
- Experience in leading a team
