Core responsibilities
Finance/Accounting/HR
- Assist the Snr Executive – Finance/Accounting in G/L posting, customer billing and payment processing.
- Support the HR Executive in HR administration matters, as assigned.
Business Support
- Support Business Team in preparation of Request-for-Quote (RFQ) from customers.
- Prepare Sales Quotations for customers.
- Prepare Shipping documentation for customer order fulfillment, coordinate shipping logistics.
- Prepare Job Launches in ERP system upon customer confirmation of orders.
Supply Chain/Procurement
- Support Supply Chain team to source for quotes from suitable suppliers.
- Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders in ERP system.
- Help liaise with suppliers on on-time delivery.
- Arrange freight/import for incoming cargo.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of work experience, preferably in engineering / manufacturing environment
- Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.
- Must be a team player.
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mandarin speaking countries.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
