Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations and provide support to the business units.
- Work closely with the business heads to advise and support for all HR operational related matters.
- Responsible for establishing and improving the company's human resources management system and effectively implementing it, including recruitment, applying work pass, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, etc.
- Responsible for liaising with local government relations, handling daily government affairs, such as the MOM.
- Responsible for daily communication and coordination with other companies within the group and cooperating effectively to complete tasks assigned by other companies.
- Responsible for handling daily administrative affairs of the office, such as procurement of office supplies, maintenance of daily environment, supervision, and management of office order, etc.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience as a HR Generalist
- Good knowledge and keeping up to date on HR practices and MOM regulations.
- Hands-on, meticulous, high integrity, responsible and good team player
- Willingness to learn and able to work independently with good multitasking skills.
- Able to meet timelines and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills
