Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires a mature and proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage the reception area, including handling phone calls and coordinating appointments.
- Escort visitors and assist with the receipt of deliveries, parcels, and food orders.
- Ensure the security and safety of the property by adhering to site protocols and Concierge SOPs.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uphold the property's standards of excellence.
- Communicate effectively with residents and visitors, including conversing in Mandarin and using WeChat for messaging.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility for special shift timings as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
Requirements:
- Mature and willing to learn attitude
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and grooming standards.
- Physical fitness, as the role requires walking around the site for work purposes.
- Working location is approximately 12 minutes walking distance from Orchard MRT Station.
- Ability to commit to rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and comfortable with using WeChat and typing Chinese messages to accommodate residents that only speak Mandarin.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality.
