Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for tender including quantity measurement, costing, quotation, tender clarification and follow-up.
- Handle on-going projects, including prepare progress claims, verify and response to subcontractors claims, and assist in cost monitoring.
- Follow up variation work, by gather information, justify and prepare VO quotation.
- Participate in procurement and subcontractor award activities, establishing comparison.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management and the designated Manager.
Requirements and skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent).
- Familiar with Precast Concrete elements and construction.
- Proactive with good attitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
