Summary:
A school receptionist manages the front desk at the General Office, greets visitors, handles inquiries be it on phone or walk-in, schedules appointments, and assists with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the school's office.
Job Description:
Provide front-line customer service at front desk (Both walk-in & phone calls)
Provide administrative support such as but not limited to:
-data entry & data collation
-handling E-mails (forwarding,receiving,sending)
-printing and photocopying of documents
- early dismissals of students and other events
Handle and tend to students who are injured, unwell and/or late
Finish any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager & Operation Manager
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel,Office,Word etc. is preferred
Being oriented in customer service is an advantage
Being able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Having good communication skills and being a team player is a plus
Having experience in childcare is also a bonus
Specifications:
Contract of 1 year
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
