- Detail-orientaed and must be able to handle large volume of work

- Computer profiency in Microsoft Office
- Respond to customer's enquiry
- Manage all the documents and files
Job Description:
- Issue quotation, invoice, purchase order
- Arrange spare parts delivery
- Liaise with suppliers and advise customers on the status of shipment
- Manage inventory
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
