Job Description:
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the daily activities of construction tradespeople.
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments, subcontractors, supervisors, and managers.
- Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed.
- Continuously reviewing and improving the production and warehouse area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always well-maintained, organized, and clean.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in the production area.
- Leading improvement projects and housekeeping.
- Managing operators' performance and retention.
- Following all safety protocols.
- Cooperating fully with company staff.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
