Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day finance activities including AP, AR, cashflow, fixed assets registering & other finance related matters
- Prepare monthly report schedule including accruals & prepayments
- Perform month end & year end accounts closing, produce accurate Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss and submission to IRAS
- Perform tax computations
- Able to handle internal and external audit
- Carry out collection of payment from customers, liaising with salesman to resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Update and maintain daily bank record on payment transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence
- Monitor office expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
- Handle HR related matters
- Process & handle Annual Leave, Home Leave and etc
- Recruitment of both exempt and non-exempt staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in account & HR role equivalent
- Proficiency in MS office Applications and HR systems
- Knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act is a plus
- Has initiative and able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Team player with multi-tasking skills
