Job Title: Inspector, QA
Responsibilities
- To perform quality check of products from incoming (sub-contracted works of offset printing), process and finished products, per identified in Quality Control Process Plan
- To perform first-article and/or client sample inspection
- To update reports on inspection results
- To identify, record, and feedback to QA Engineer and/or Manager on product and process quality issue found during inspection
- To handle daily MRB disposition of defective goods and non-conformance materials / products, and see that appropriate disposition is taken within stipulated time frame. Disposition includes sort, rework, replacement, scrap actions
- To carry out training or re-training for new inspector at superior’s arrangements. Training effectiveness shall be validated by superior on periodical interval. (trainer must be identified by QA engineer/manager)
- To perform housekeeping of work areas
- To carry out additional tasks (eg pull test, raw material check etc) assigned by QA engineer / manager as deemed necessary
Requirements
- GCE 'O' or equivalent with at least 1 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
