Sales Manager (Regional B2B, Industrial/ Machinery)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the machinery industry.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machinery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the machinery industry, including products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
