The Regional Store Sales Controller's main task and responsibility is to optimize the growth and profitability for the physical stores. To achieve this you create a strategy, set goals and actions, share expectations, follow-up and together with the Regional Sales Manager secure the long-term success of the local markets. You maintain a constant collaboration with the Regional Brand Controller, Cross functional teams within region, COS Head office departments and the backbone departments of the local H&M group.
What you will do:
- Lead and coach your team of area controllers to make good business decisions based on supporting analysis and financial insights.
- Analyse, propose and implement operational strategies through proactive business controlling.
- Oversee the short and long term budgets & financial plans for physical stores within the region.
- Analyse and pursue opportunities to increase sales and improve profit through right planning and managing cost efficiency
- Support the annual goal setting & strategic planning process within the regional sales organization.
- Facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing among our stores, area teams and other support functions.
- Lead and manage your team of controllers and develop a succession and talent management strategy.
