We are looking for a Enterprise Technology Services Intern (APAC) to join our growing team in IT Service Delivery based in our shared service centre in Singapore!
Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, resolve and document computer software and hardware issues raised by end users via the company ticketing system.
- Communicate with end users via face-to-face / emails / chat programs to resolve their IT issues.
- Install and configure company hardware (Windows & macOS) and platforms / software.
- Meet or outperform SLAs and CSAT scores and metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic network configurations, printers, door access and CCTV.
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Manage company’s IT asset
- Execute On- and Offboarding of end users across multiple systems and platforms.
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for international users.
