Subject: UX –Researcher

1. Responsibilities

· Define and plan qualitative user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.

· Recruit participants for research.

· Conduct qualitative user research independently (e.g. in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, ethnographic observations, focus groups, diary studies, usability testing, remote testing, etc.)

· Collaborate with UX Designers/ UX team to translate research insights into design (e.g. brainstorming, collaborative sketching, prototyping, user stories, etc.)

· Communicate research insights effectively to stakeholders depending on project needs (e.g. reports, stakeholder workshops, videos, etc.)

· Nice to have: Understanding of quantitative user research such as data analytics, A/B testing, data mining, card sorting, survey evaluation, etc.

2. What we are looking for

· Experience with the end-to-end user research process.

· Knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies.

· Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with different stakeholders.

· Experience working in an agile development environment.

· Portfolio with examples of leading strategic user research with significant business outcomes.
