Responsibilities:
· Supervise Technical Support team
· Plan and organise servicing and maintenance on-site
· Service, repair and assist on pre and post installation activities
· Ensure satisfactory performance and timely execution in accordance to SLA
· Planning of work schedule for Technical Support team
· Advise users and clients and follow-up with them
· Ensure proper inventory control and timely procurement of equipment spares
· Assist in proper installation, testing, commissioning and smooth operation on site
Requirements:
· Diploma in Biomedical, Security Technology / other related fields
· 1 to 2 years of experiences with strong technical knowledge
· Certification in Basic Ionising Radiation Safety (General) Course
· Good communication skills
