  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL + Grooming and Transport Allowance + Commission and Incentives (to be discussed)

  • Industry : High End Luxury Watch Retailer


Responsibilities:

  • Boutique administrative duties such as updating reports, generating invoices and filing system
  • Managing appointments for sales team
  • Attending to emails and calls
  • Preparation for collection and delivery of stocks between boutique and service centres
  • Receiving and checking of stock deliveries
  • Managing claims and reimbursements
  • Managing boutique inventories
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
  • Willing to work retail hours with rotating shift
