Job Scope:
HR Admin
- Support across the entire range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits management, employee relations, and performance evaluation.
- Manage all governmental affairs such as claims, surveys, and Work Passes.
- Draft and distribute employment contracts, HR correspondence, and memorandums.
- Coordinate company events, employee health check-ups, and mandatory medical tests for workers.
- Address employee grievances.
- Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
HR Executive
- Assist employment recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct training and development activities.
- Assist in payroll activities
- Manage employment compensation, benefits and welfare programs.
- Assist in employment performance evaluation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
